Welcome to Superhost! Our names are Jenn and Jeff and we are the founders of Superhost, along with our team we host short term rental properties!

In July 2016 we left for Los Angeles to visit our family and friends. We had moved back to Philadelphia from Los Angeles when we had our daughter. We booked an amazing Airbnb in Malibu. The place we rented had something “different” which was that it was a RV/Camper overlooking Malibu. One thing we have noticed is rare=revenue when it comes to the Airbnb market.
This was unlike anything I had ever experienced in any hotel and gave us an idea. We could not wait to get back to Atlantic City to implement it!
After our first amazing Airbnb experience in California we returned to Philadelphia to give Airbnb hosting a try Ourselves. Since we only wanted to rent one weekend a month we wanted to do something with our house that would really stick out! We went a little(well a-lot!) overboard, but it worked wonders. What we did was put a private Jacuzzi on our rooftop. This was a rarity and let us rent at a premium.
It was a little shaky at first trying to manage everything but as time went on we picked up tips and tricks around getting rentals at a premium price, setting the property up for rent, managing the property and having happy guests.
This allowed us to pay our Mortgage in ONE WEEKEND!
In January of 2018 our Airbnb / Short term rental journey took another leap as we purchased our own home to rent as a short term rental full time. This adventure allowed us to learn all the tips and tricks one needs to optimize a listing, screen guests & smoothly perform all necessary operations. From there we started renting multiple properties to rerent and we decided in the end of 2018 to use all of the knowledge we have gained to help other people manage their properties on Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, Booking.com and Expedia.
